Some years ago, I was fortunate to attend a Basic Employability Program organized by a Workplace Readiness Institution in Lagos, Nigeria. At that program, I was able to discover a clear cut career path my life was to take and I also used that program to learn the skills that have today distinguished me in the world of work.
The knowledge earned has turned me to a 7-star employee and I can say with modest confidence that I am way ahead of my peers because I know what employers are looking for that are in line with my career interest and I have showed amazing results and consistency that are in line with the skills and competencies I told my employee I possess.
