The state governors, for the states don yarn say, dem go use the loan take produce water, beta health , agriculture and to build beta things inside the state.
Osinbajo letter yarn say, dem won collect the money from the African Development Bank, French Development Agency, World Bank and slamic Development Bank, and these banks, no go charge dem high interest rate.
So may the Senate dem, sign the paper so the ten state go fit get money from outside Naija, so dem go fit handle their mek sense projects.
