As the matter be, the INEC Oga yan say, the reason wey mek dem won enter digital, na because Nigerians no too dey show concern ontop their voters card, as dem no dey gree go back, to collect their voters cards, after registration. as many PVC wey reach 400,000 still dey their office, cause no body gree con collect am.
